With a background in real estate, our team knows just what our clients are looking for and how to highlight each property's special features.
We offer two straightforward package types based on generous parameters of square footage. You shouldn't have to pay upgrade fees to walk away with exceptional images. The only possible pricing adjustment would be a travel fee for sessions over 15 miles from the edge of 77573 (see FAQ's at bottom of the page for more info).
It feels good to know exactly what it will cost, and that your images are worth every penny.
We offer Basic & Deluxe Packages:
Basic Packages
These packages are ideal for advertising your property online. These images in our Basic Package are delivered in a smaller file size that fits the MLS and most vacation rental website's standards. These packages have more limited license that extends to online us only. For printing permissions and larger file sizes, take a look at our Deluxe Packages.

FAQs
Do you offer drone photography?
At this time we do not offer drone photography, but it is something we hope to add to our options in the near future. This also applies to 3D tours and video walk-throughs.
When can I expect my images?
Most of our packages have a turn around time of one business day. Properties over 4000 square feet may take up to two business days.
Why are dusk photos more expensive?
Logistically speaking, sunset photos are in a class all their own. They take more scheduling, are in higher demand, and have an increased risk for rescheduling due to their finite window of time. That being said, if your budget allows, we highly recommend dusk photos to showcase your listing at it best! The light is the softest, the sky often is the most colorful, and any lighting features your property boasts will literally glow.
Sessions booked at dusk will get a separate $50 invoice for this timeslot option after booking. Send us any questions you have!
Who owns the rights to the images?
Wild and Free Photography holds all rights to the images, however, they do grant our clients license for online use. This is including but not limited to your local multiple listing service, short term rental sites, business websites, and social media sites. To advertise in print, you must purchase a Deluxe Package that includes a print release which grants our permission to have these images printed.
Do you offer referral discounts?
We do! Refer a friend or coworker and get 10% off your next booking. Have them mention you when they book their session!
What are your travel fees?
Anything over 15 miles from the edge of 77573 constitutes a travel fee of $2 per mile (i.e., $1 per mile each way).
What is your background in real estate?
Caroline was a Realtor® in Montana and both Corey and Caroline have flipped houses personally and as a business for the past six years. We understand what kinds of photos bring interested buyers and renters.
