IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
Before booking, it is important you understand how gift certificates function at Wild and Free Photography. We always strive to keep our clients and future clients well informed so they know exactly what to expect. The following may seem like small print you'll want to skip, but it's written as plainly as possible. It is well worth the read and will assist in clarifying and resolving issues before they arise. For the purpose of our gift certificates, the person who purchases or books the gift certificate will be known as THE PURCHASER. The person to whom the gift certificate is given will be refereed to as THE RECIPIENT.

When purchasing a gift certificate, THE PURCHASER is to set date of the booking to one calendar year from purchase date before completing the transaction. THE PURCHASER will be contacted by Wild and Free Photography via email concerning mailing out the gift certificate within 24 hours. THE PURCHASER is to provide the best email address through which they wish to communicate. If there are special instructions or circumstances for the delivery of the gift certificate, THE PURCHASER is to relay this information during that email exchange. THE PURCHASER must allow at least five business days to receive the gift certificate from time of ordering.

All of our gift certificates are redeemable for one year from the purchase date. This will be known as THE EXPIRATION DATE. Each gift certificate contains a QR code that links directly with our contact page. THE RECIPIENT of the gift certificate will need to contact Wild and Free Photography to schedule their session to fall before the expiration date. The scheduled day of their session will be known as the THE ORIGINAL SESSION DATE. Once set, THE RECIPIENT is now considered THE CLIENT and will need to fulfill all the obligations outlined in our contract. To obtain a copy of our contract, please contact us. No session deposit is necessary if THE CLIENT keeps THE ORIGINAL SESSION DATE. A $50 rescheduling fee will apply to THE RECIPIENT for each time THE ORIGINAL SESSION DATE is moved.

Wild and Free Photography will not be held liable for any lost gift certificates whether in transit or after received by THE PURCHASER or THE RECIPIENT. If a new certificate is requested to replace a previous one, THE PURCHASER will need to provide the reference code (emailed at time of contact) and a $10 replacement fee.

Gift certificates are sent via priority mail. Certified mail is available for additional cost.
